The patients who come to Venturis Clinic often arrive after years of being dismissed — told their labs are “normal,” their symptoms are “stress,” or that there is nothing more to be done. When they finally start to recover, one thing comes up again and again: “I wish other people knew this was possible.”
That is what this program is for. We document real patient journeys through conditions that conventional medicine too often leaves unresolved — to help others who are still searching for answers.
How it works — you decide, in the clinic
This is not a public data-collection form. It is a choice we offer our own patients during care. If you are receiving treatment at Venturis Clinic for one of the conditions below, your provider may let you know that your case could contribute to our documentation. Whether you release any of your information is entirely up to you, decided in person, and it never affects the care you receive.
The conditions we’re documenting
- Long COVID — fatigue, brain fog, post-exertional crashes, gut symptoms
- Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) reactivation — chronic fatigue and post-viral illness
- MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) — and the MCAS/POTS/EDS overlap
- Mold toxicity / CIRS — chronic inflammatory response to biotoxin exposure
Your information stays yours
Participation is voluntary, consent-based, and reversible. If you choose to take part, we explain exactly what would be documented, you give written informed consent, you choose your level of privacy (full name, first name only, or anonymous), you review before anything goes live, and you can withdraw at any time. We never share identifiable details without your explicit, written permission, and we handle all information in line with patient privacy law.
Why this matters
Every documented recovery becomes a reference point — for a patient deciding whether to keep looking for help, for a caregiver trying to understand what’s happening to someone they love, and for the broader effort to get these conditions taken seriously.
Raise your hand
Already a patient? Just mention it to your provider at your next visit. Not yet a patient, or want us to reach out? Call (405) 848-7246 or use the form below — note which condition applies and that you’re interested in the case study program.
Please do not include personal medical or health information in this form.
Participation in case study documentation is voluntary and does not affect the care you receive. All released or published information is shared only with documented patient consent.
