Provider Referrals: Chiropractors, Naturopaths & Primary Care

Venturis Clinic, Oklahoma City · For chiropractors, naturopathic practitioners and primary care clinicians across Oklahoma

Your patient. Our medical team. Back to you.

Venturis Clinic is a physician-directed regenerative and functional medicine clinic in Oklahoma City. We work with chiropractors, naturopathic practitioners and primary care clinicians who have a patient needing a second opinion, or a procedure they don’t provide in their own office.

We see the patient, do the part you can’t, send you a written report, and return the patient to you. You stay their primary provider.

Refer a patient online, fax a referral to 405-842-8290, or call 405-848-7246 and ask for “provider referrals.”

Our promise to referring providers

  • You stay the patient’s primary provider. We co-manage only what you can’t provide.
  • We don’t compete with you. Venturis does not offer chiropractic adjustments or ongoing primary care.
  • Fast contact. We reach your patient within one business day of receiving the referral.
  • A written report within 7 days of the patient’s first visit, covering findings, tests ordered, the plan, and what we recommend you continue.
  • The patient comes back to you for ongoing care.
  • No surprises. If we think the patient needs another specialist, we talk to you first.

What you can refer for

PRP joint and soft-tissue injections

Second opinions for complex chronic patients

For patients who need more time and a functional work-up: long COVID, MCAS, POTS and dysautonomia, mold and CIRS, hypermobility (hEDS), neuropathy and post-viral fatigue.

Specialty lab testing

Functional lab panels and RGCC testing, with results shared with you. See our lab testing menu.

Exosome therapy: consult only

No exosome product is FDA-approved. We discuss exosomes only at consult, with written informed consent, and we make no treatment claims. What the FDA says about exosomes.

How referral works

  1. Send the referral. Use the online referral form, fax the PDF form to 405-842-8290, or call 405-848-7246 and ask for “provider referrals.” Attach any imaging, labs or notes you want us to see.
  2. We reach your patient within one business day to schedule and complete intake.
  3. Good Faith Exam and consult. Every medical service starts with a Good Faith Exam by licensed medical staff. Nothing is offered until that’s done.
  4. You get a written report within 7 days of the first visit.
  5. Back to you. The patient returns to you for ongoing care, and we stay available for questions.

Please don’t send patient information through the general website contact form. Use the online referral form, fax or phone for anything that identifies a patient.

Who refers to Venturis

  • Chiropractors: for patients who need injections or IV care outside your scope. You keep the patient, and we handle the medical procedure.
  • Naturopathic practitioners: for procedures and physician-directed care that complement your plan.
  • Primary care clinicians: for complex chronic patients who need more time and a functional work-up than a standard visit allows.

Frequently asked questions

Will Venturis keep my patient?

No. You remain the primary provider. We provide the service you referred for, report back, and return the patient to you.

Do you provide chiropractic care?

No. Venturis does not offer chiropractic adjustments, so we never compete with a referring chiropractor.

Do you take insurance?

Venturis is a direct-pay clinic. We discuss costs with the patient before any service.

Do you pay referral fees?

No. Venturis does not pay for referrals, share fees, or give anything of value in exchange for referrals. We earn referrals by taking good care of your patients and keeping you informed.

Can I refer for a second opinion only?

Yes. Many referrals are for an evaluation and recommendations only. You decide what happens next.

How will I get the report?

By fax, secure email or mail, whichever you choose on the referral form.
