What RGCC Testing Looks For
RGCC offers two broad groups of tests.
- Cancer-related testing. These panels look for circulating tumor cells in the blood. Some panels also report how those cells responded in the lab to a range of chemotherapy agents and natural compounds.
- Infection-related testing. These panels look for evidence of specific viruses and other pathogens. Many of our patients with long COVID, mold illness, and post-viral symptoms ask about this group.

How RGCC Can Help Inform Your Oncologist’s Recommendations
If you are under the care of an oncologist, RGCC results are one more piece of information you can bring to that conversation. They do not replace your oncologist, your imaging, or your standard lab work.
Patients often ask their oncologist questions like these after testing:
- “My report showed circulating tumor cells. How does that fit with my scans?”
- “The lab response profile flagged certain agents. Is that useful for my plan?”
- “Would repeating this test help us track changes over time?”
Lab response results come from cells tested outside the body. They may not predict how a treatment will work in your body. Your oncologist makes your treatment decisions. We are glad to send a copy of your report to your oncology team at your request.
How RGCC Testing Works at Venturis

- Consultation. We review your records and choose the right panel.
- Blood draw in our Oklahoma City office. Samples ship on a set schedule so they reach the lab in usable condition.
- Lab analysis in Greece. Results usually take a few weeks.
- Results review. We explain what your report contains in plain language and give you a copy for your oncologist and other providers. Your oncologist interprets the results in the context of your care.

Do I need a referral? No. You can book directly. Physicians may also refer patients to us for RGCC testing.
Is RGCC testing covered by insurance? RGCC testing is usually self-pay. Pricing is set per case, and we give you the cost before your blood draw.
Can RGCC testing diagnose cancer? No. It does not diagnose cancer or replace standard screening, imaging, or biopsy. It adds information for you and your care team.
