Venturis Clinic offers exosome therapy in Oklahoma City by IV infusion and by targeted joint and soft-tissue injection. Every exosome plan starts with a conversation, not a sales pitch.
Many of the people who come to us have tried a long list of options and still feel stuck. We start by listening to your full history, then decide together whether exosomes belong in your plan at all.
We serve Oklahoma City and surrounding areas, including Tulsa.

What are exosomes?
Exosomes are tiny vesicles, roughly 30 to 150 nanometers across, that cells release to communicate with one another. They carry proteins, lipids and RNA from one cell to another and help coordinate how tissues respond to their environment.
You may see them marketed as “stem cell exosomes.” That phrase usually means the exosomes were collected from mesenchymal stem cells grown in a lab. The exosomes themselves are not stem cells. They contain no living cells and cannot become new tissue.
Exosome research is moving quickly, and most of it is still early. No exosome product is approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We tell every patient this up front.
Where our exosomes come from
Venturis Clinic uses a purchased allograft exosome product derived from mesenchymal and adipose-derived stem cells. The product is cell-free, and no tissue is harvested at the clinic.
How we offer exosome therapy
We offer exosomes two ways. Which one fits, if either, is decided at your consultation. Every exosome plan is approved by a physician, and our nursing team administers both.
Exosome IV infusion. Exosomes are given through an IV in our infusion suite, where our nursing team runs every infusion. A session usually takes under an hour, and you can relax while it runs. Some patients pair it with other infusions on our IV therapy menu.
Targeted exosome injection. For a specific joint, tendon, ligament or soft-tissue area, exosomes can be placed directly where you need support. Injections are given by our nursing team under a physician-approved plan, often alongside prolotherapy as part of a broader regenerative plan.
| IV infusion | Targeted injection | |

The Venturis approach: listen first
We are a research-driven regenerative clinic. Exosomes are one tool among many, never a stand-alone fix sold off a menu.
Before we recommend anything, we want to understand why what you have tried so far has not worked. That means a full history, a review of past records, and lab work when it will change the plan.
Exosome therapy may be worth discussing if you:
- Want a regenerative option as part of a broader plan
- Are looking for support for a specific joint or soft-tissue area
- Prefer a clinic that explains the evidence honestly, including what is still unknown
It may not be the right fit if you are looking for a single guaranteed result. We will tell you plainly if we do not think exosomes make sense for you.
What to expect
- Free 15-minute discovery call. We talk through your goals and history and see whether a full consultation makes sense.
- Consultation. A detailed visit with our clinical team. We review records and may recommend lab testing first.
- Your plan. If exosomes fit and a physician approves the plan, we explain the delivery method, number of sessions and cost before anything is scheduled.
- Treatment visit. An IV session in our infusion suite or a targeted injection, with time for questions before and after.
- Follow-up. We check in on how you are doing and adjust the plan as needed.
Coming from out of state
A number of our exosome patients travel to us, and the schedule is built around it.
- Telemedicine consultation first, with bloodwork ordered for you to complete near home.
- Evaluation and treatment compressed into one trip.
- Weekend appointments are available for out-of-town patients.
- Twenty minutes from Will Rogers World Airport, with lodging close to the clinic.
Frequently asked questions
Are exosomes the same as stem cells?
No. Exosomes are vesicles released by cells, often collected from stem cells grown in a lab. They contain no living cells.
Are exosomes FDA-approved?
No exosome product is FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We discuss what the research does and does not show at your consultation. Read more in Are exosomes FDA-approved?
Is exosome IV therapy or injection painful?
An IV feels like a standard blood draw at the start. Injections cause brief pressure or discomfort at the site.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals and how you respond. We give you a recommended plan after your consultation, not before.
How much does exosome therapy cost?
Cost depends on the delivery method and the number of sessions. We cover it in full at your consultation, before anything is scheduled.
Do you take insurance?
Venturis does not bill insurance. Exosome therapy is generally not covered by insurance plans.
Do you see patients from Tulsa and other parts of Oklahoma?
Yes. We see patients from Oklahoma City and surrounding areas, including Tulsa. Your first call can be by phone.
