Your SOT infusion takes place in our Oklahoma City office and is administered by clinic staff. Most patients find the visit simple and calm.
Before Your Visit
- Eat a normal meal and drink water beforehand.
- Wear a comfortable top with sleeves that roll up easily.
- Bring a list of your current medications and supplements.
- Follow any pre-infusion instructions we give you when we schedule your visit, including how long to plan for in the office.
During the Infusion
We check in with you and confirm your details. Clinic staff start a small IV line in your arm. Your SOT is given through the IV while you rest in a comfortable chair. We monitor you throughout and stay nearby if you need anything.
After the Infusion
Most patients can drive and return to normal activities the same day. We tell you what to watch for and how to reach us. Call us right away if anything feels wrong.
Possible Side Effects
As with any IV, you may notice bruising or soreness where the needle went in. Some patients report tiredness or mild flu-like feelings afterward. We review known risks with you in detail before your infusion, and you sign an informed consent form.
Traveling From Tulsa or Elsewhere in Oklahoma
Each infusion is a single visit, and the number of infusions depends on your RGCC results. Many patients from Tulsa and other parts of the state drive in and home the same day.
